I’m Jack, the founder and head coach of TrainHer Fitness. As a competitive bodybuilder, fitness isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. I’ve dedicated years to mastering training, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies that actually work. But more importantly, I’ve dedicated myself to helping the people I care about most.

It started with my mom and my aunts. I saw firsthand how hectic their schedules were — raising families, managing careers, and still trying to find time for themselves. I made it my mission to help them look and feel their best without sacrificing the lives they were already juggling. Watching their confidence grow lit a fire in me… and TrainHer Fitness was born.

Today, TrainHer Fitness is designed specifically for busy women and moms who want real results that last. Our program includes:
